    Parents Teacher Meeting:
    Parents are not allowed to meet any teacher without the prior permission of the principal during school hours. They are also not allowed to visit the class room of their ward. They must come to school along with their ward on 2nd Saturday of every month to discuss the progress of their ward in previous month and planning for the next month, how over their valuable suggestions are welcome in a harmonious environment for the development of the students and school.

    Bal Bharti and Kanya Bharti
    A student association under the guidance of a teacher is made for maintaining discipline in school.

    Girls Education Council (Balika Shiksha Parishad):
    Vidya Mandir develops the sense of responsibility and hospitality among the girl students through different activities namely interior decoration, cooking, self defense and household affairs under the able guidance of Smt. Simla Verma. Girl Education Council (Balika shiksha Parishad) is gaining heights under her supervision.

    Annual Function:
    Annual function is organized by the school every year in which the students perform various culture activities and meritorious student are awarded for their achievements in different fields such as-academic, sports and other activities.
    The achievements of the year are highlighted in the annual report by the principal.

    Programmes During Summer vacation:
    Summer camps are organized for the students and different programs for teachers and student are organized by Bhartiya Shiksha Samiti Punjab. In addition, orientation programs are also organized on different subjects for teachers during vacations.

    Houses:

    The school is divided into four houses:

    1. Ajit Singh House
    2. Jujhar Singh House
    3. Zorawar Singh House
    4. Fateh Singh House

    Inter house activities and competitions are held to promote a spirit of team work in the students. The house master takes responsibility to organize different co-curricular activities to enhance excellence of the child in particular and the house in general.
